I noticed that as well. The fix I found was somewhere in the css, the toolbar width was being set to 10000%. Change that to 100% and it should work.

Hi all

I just wanted let you know that the Aqua template doesn't work in
Gooogle Chrome and Apple Safari.  And maybe the limegold template
also.  The stuff in the horizontal toolbar and the file menu doesn't
get loaded.
