Mark, this is an astoundingly unhelpful amount of information to help us debug your problem and suggest a solution.  

Perhaps you could indicate your browser, OS, server OS.  

Some potential troubleshooting steps:

* Did you check using a debugging tool to see if the fusion.js script is even being loaded (is it a 404 error for instance or perhaps permission denied?)  
* are there any errors in your browser's console (and if you don't have a console, try firefox with firebug or safari with web inspector or IE 8 with developer tools)
