[fusion-users] Layer changes if layer definition changes on Loaded map

Hi,

My scenario if as follows:

On load i am changing the layer definition filters by using Maestro API 
(C#) so when fusion templates load it will be quick.

Now what i noticed is that while the map is loaded and another user opened a
new intance of the map and the layer filters is replaced, as soon as i
zoomin or zoom out, my map changes to the most recent updated filter on the
other users preference. 

So it seems like whenever you do something on the map, it redraws and pulls
back the data from the layerdefinition file and remembers your zoom level.
Is this correct?

Is there a way to cache everything on the users side or is there a way to
create or use layer definition as an external xml file?
