[gdal-announce] GDAL 1.5.0 Beta2 Released

Folks,

I have cut GDAL 1.5.0 Beta 2.  If all goes well, this will be the last beta
before a release candidate is cut circa December 18th.

Users and developers are encouraged to add feedback on things that have
tested in the test matrix at:

   http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/TestMatrix150

Feedback is especially important for things that no one else seems to be
testing (exotic drivers, operating systems, etc)
