Congrats and thanks on the latest version of the ogr tools, Frank.
I'm using ogr2ogr to convert my arcinfo coverages and shapefiles into 
postgis and it works great!

For those of you who have been using earlier versions, one excellent 
option is the "-append" flag which will add more inserts into the db 
if the layer already exists. Great stuff, thank you for making it 
available.
