Some ArcObjects code for "Let’s say you need to convert from UTM zone 14 
on WGS84 to UTM zone 14 on NAD27. This requires three conversions: from 
UTM to geographic on WGS84, from WGS84 to NAD27 in geographic 
coordinates, and finally back to UTM on NAD27."
