[Gdal-dev] GDAL HTML Management

Folks,

I don't imagine many people will need to know this, but I have modified
how the html documentation for GDAL is now managed.  Instead of keeping all
the generated html in CVS, and depending on the CVS commit "action" to update
the master web site, I have changed the gdal/html directory in CVS to only
contain the non-generated files (just a few), and the rest will be generated
and updated on the web site nightly by a cron job.  Users can build local
updates of the documentation using "make docs".  I expect that source
releases will contain full html documentation generated as part of the
release process.

So, anyone wanting to update documentation, please do not commit the
Doxygen generated files in gdal/html anymore.
