Hi!

There's also a problem with the gdal website!
For example, http://www.remotesensing.org/gdal/frmt_fast.html -> "404 file
not found"

And some more questions: what is the difference between the formats with
codes EFF and FAST? Which should I use? What is the situation with the
support of Euromap Fast Format? I can make neither head nor tail of it from
the docs.
