[Gdal-dev] [ANNOUNCE]: ASTER Level 1A/1b/2 products supported

Hi, folks,

I have made an update to HDF4 driver to support all widely used ASTER
products.

1. ASTER Level 1B. Bad news: georeferencing extraction for these datasets
   was completely wrong before. Sorry for it. So
   
   !!! IF YOU ARE USING ASTER LEVEL 1B PRODUCTS, UPDATE YOUR GDAL TO
   THE LATEST CVS SNAPSHOT !!!
   
   If you can't update immediately, just discard georeferencing
   information reported for Level 1B datasets.
   
   Good news: problem fixed now, both geotransform matrix and set of
   GCPs are properly extracted. You can use what do you want to warp the
   scene, results must be the same. Note, that for 3B band you should use
   GCPs, not the geotransform matrix (and matrix is not reported for this
   band).

2. ASTER Level 1A. Set of GCPs suitable for `gdalwarptest' reported.

3. ASTER Level 2. Tested with AST_07 and AST_09 on-demand products, but
   should work with other types too. Will be more testing in the future.
