Fu Chen,

If you have Kakadu 4.0 or newer it doesn't require any special
modifications.  In Kakadu 3.x I had to hand modify Kakadu to
add support for reading and writing the JP2 box.

Hopefully you can just point this variable to your Kakadu dist
and uncomment.

PS. I have updated the comment in the nmake.opt file this morning.
