[Gdal-dev] next GDAL release?

Is there any sort of plan for next release?  1.1.10, or 1.2.0 depending on
how we're numbering.. then again, the last release was called 1.1.8.0 in the
ChangeLog, which is puzzling.  With these tiny increments, i get the feeling
GDAL will be on version 1 for the rest of our lives :)

The reason i'm asking is that i've now got code which uses "gdalwarper.h",
but that's not yet exposed in the current release.
