[Gdal-dev] very small bug

Hello,

there is a very small bug in makefile.vc (toplevel), that makes Watcom C break. 

ogr_dir: port_dir

cd frmts/iso8211

$(MAKE) /f makefile.vc

cd ..\sdts <---- TAB-Char here

$(MAKE) /f makefile.vc

cd ..\..\ogr

this Character makes Watcom nmake not to find the Path.
