[Gdal-dev] census 2000 tiger 108th org2ogr errors

Hi,

I'm the author of the OGR/Tiger driver and I tried this with my copy
(I downloaded tgr13001.zip) and didn't get this error.  Are you using
the latest version of GDAL/OGR?
