Conveniently the GDAL commands generally dump their usage message if
any unrecognised commandline option is given. So you can think of GDAL
utilities as supporting many help variations including "-h", "-?", "-help",
"--help", or even "--please-print-out-the-usage-message-for-me----thanks".
