[Gdal-dev] Reprojection

  Hello,

example:
I have one old.shp file in 28404 projection and I have *.map file,
where I m using 28403 global projection. I want to use ogr2ogr file
to change projection of old.shp file from 28404 to 28403, but with the
same *.shp file name.
I need only change projection in old.shp (with ogr2ogr utility),
nothing more........

Which order I must write to do this?
