[Gdal-dev] [ANNOUNCE] JasPer library v.1.701.0 (UUID) uploaded

Hi, folks,

I have uploaded the new upstream version of the JasPer library with UUID
patch applied (required for GeoJP2 support). Note, that license terms
for JasPer has changed: all restrictive clauses removed and the text now
very close to the original MIT/X license. So we have really free
JPEG2000 supporting code now.
