[Gdal-dev] crash running gdal-120-ntbin.zip tools

hello GDALers.

I've just downloaded gdal-120-ntbin.zip package from Gdal site, but when trying to run any of the following tools:

gdal_translate.exe
gdalinfo.exe
gdalwarp.exe
gdalwarpsimple.exe
ogr2ogr.exe
ogrinfo.exe

I got the following error message at my winXP:

"This aplication could not be loaded because xerces-c_2_3_0.dll was not found..."

where I can find this DLL ?

I have xerces-c_1_6_0.dll ( downloaded with mapserver4 from DMsolutions) but it seems it has no effect...
the tools are asking for xerces-c_2_3_0.dll.
