[Gdal-dev] gdalwarp XML specification

Hi,

I am putting a soap wrapper  around gdalwarp for a proof of concept 
application.

I was thinking that the XML schemas defined for a WCTS would make a good 
start for wrapping some of
the required parameters,
http://gdal.velocet.ca/~warmerda/projects/wcts/

and I looked up the opengis doc, and saw I had to copy and paste the 
schemas from the pdf.

Does anyone have a copy of these schemas, ideas on how to best wrap up 
gdalwarp to make it
more generic for other gdal utilities etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
