[Gdal-dev] remotesensign.org on non-standard port

I saw that www.remotesensing.org/gdal translates to

http://www.remotesensing.org:16080/gdal/

Perhaps this is just a temporary measure, but I recently opened a 
website on a non-standard port, and got an awful lot of messages from 
people who couldn't connect, because their organisations had closed off 
all web access on ports other than 80. I really had to redesign it to 
use port 80.
