[Gdal-dev] No features for vmap0

We have the same problems Johannes Sander posted a few month ago:

Some features of the noamer data are reported as empty:

For the open bug http://bugzilla.remotesensing.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372
regarding the eurnasia data, we patched ogrogdilayer.cpp to a default field 
width of 128.
