[Gdal-dev] colour table file format

Doh - mis-read the docs.  I thought the input file was an rgb test file. I 
now see how to do what I need with gdal_merge.py.  I had some original 
images that I had merged and lost the pseudo colours - but I reprocessed 
using the "-pct" option.  Thanks.
