[Gdal-dev] Erdas .LAN / .GIS Format Added

Folks,

With funding from PeopleGIS (http://www.peoplegis.com) I have added read-only
support for Erdas .LAN / .GIS format to GDAL.  This is the old Erdas format
from Erdas 7.x (ie. early 90's).

If anyone is interested in support for this format, and has sample file I
could have, or even better redistribute, please let me know.  I haven't had
many to test the code.
