[Gdal-dev] OGR SFS Specification and style of point features

 Hi, Frank, hi, Daniel.

 I wrote to you some time ago about font name in style string for point
 features. You answered, that there is no ability to get this information.

 I have developed a patch (for OGR 1.2.3), which helps to get that
 information. But it's implemented only for MapInfo files. (MIF/MID and
TAB).
 And I tested it only for MapInfo files. But I think, that it does not have
 effect for other formats (bad effect, of course :)  ).
 I suggest, it is nesessary to change OGR Simple Feature Style Specification
 by adding new parameter in Symbol Tool parameter set. Parameter
 'font name' ("f").

 Do you think this is a good idea? I'd like to see my name in list of
 developers of OGR. Do you think it is possible? :)
