Yes, I have.

Were you able to build the OGDI tree without problems?  Once that is done,
OGDI enabling GDAL should be pretty easy.  Just uncomment and update the
appropriate OGDI entries in nmake.opt.  You might well need to copy the
OGDI DLLs to somewhere in your path.
