[Gdal-dev] DGN2SHAPE - problems with annotations/text

hi,
I'm a gdal-beginner.

my first problem:
I have DGN-Files an I want to convert these to ESRI-Shape-Files.
I try:
/usr/local/bin/ogr2ogr -skipfailures -f "ESRI Shapefile" -nlt POLYGON \
   /susepool2/xxxpolygon.shp /test.dgn
/usr/local/bin/ogr2ogr -skipfailures -f "ESRI Shapefile" -nlt LINESTRING \
   /susepool2/xxxline.shp /test.dgn
/usr/local/bin/ogr2ogr -skipfailures -f "ESRI Shapefile" -nlt POINT \
   /susepool2/xxxpoint.shp /test.dgn

the results are ok, but who can I get annotations/text in the shapes.

A look into the DGNs with ArcView show me the annotations/text right.
where is the trick?
