[Gdal-dev] OpenEV_FW 1.8.2

Folks,

A new OpenEV_FW release is now available at:

   http://gdal.org/dl/openev/OpenEV_FW_182.zip

This is based on the 1.2.2 release of GDAL (just out today).  It also
resolves a few quirks with JPEG in TIFF, and HDF support along with any
other recent changes in included packages.
