Ken,
Frank is on top of this, and we're hoping for a new build of ECW 3.2 that
solves most of these issues.
I'm sure he can get you a config that works.
You might(!) get away with adding -DLINUX -DPOSIX and -DUNICODE to the
build command line -- it has worked before.
Other than that, I'll wait for Frank's response.
