[Gdal-dev] vrt chaining

I'm having a problem with vrt chaining, where the image displayed shows
the lowest res block pixels permanently and never refreshes with the
higher res data.  I have a vrt which references a vrt which references a
raw file.  Does anyone have any ideas on anything to try?
