[Gdal-dev] compile problems

Hi,

I just updated gdal from cvs, and ogr_srs_api.h seems to be missing 
defines for:

SRS_PT_GEOSTATIONARY_SATELLITE
SRS_PP_SATELLITE_HEIGHT

Even once I tried adding these though (assuming 
"Geostationary_Satellite" and "satellite_height"), ogr_srs_proj4.cpp 
still couldn't find a definition for SetGEOS.  It didn't seem to be 
defined in any of the other files under gdal.  Are there some files that 
got missed in a commit?
