[Gdal-dev] MrSID and GDAL on Windows

Hi, Please Help!!!

I need help with displaying MrSID images on mapserver. I don't need to convert 
MrSID into a different format but display MrSID's on my mapserver. Would anyone 
have a compiled Win32 binary with GDAL and DSDK? I tried downloading fwtools, 
but there is no LizardTech DSDK in there. I realize that DSDK is proprietary 
and comes solely from LizardTech, but would anyone be willing to share his/her 
binaries? I also went here: http://hobu.stat.iastate.edu/mapserver/, but there 
are no clear instructions as to how to make it work.

Also, I'm trying to convert .shp files into .dbf (my .shp is huge, I would like 
to load data from MySQL database)

But again, there are no clear instructions for Windows. I'm having problems 
with the last step, that is installing Shapelib. I do nmake on my Windows XP 
machine, but then I get all sorts of errors in makefile.pl  

Again, does anyone, by any chance, have clear step-by-step instructions or 
binaries for running shp2mysql.pl on windows?
