[Gdal-dev] ECW JPEG 2000 SDK 3.1 RC1 now available for download

The release candidate for version 3.1 is now available for download at

We have fixed several bugs and improved performance and stability, and
the new version also has improved documentation which covers the new
features more thoroughly than before.

There have been no major changes to the license agreements as yet,
however there is a review pending some time in March on these issues,
any changes from which could be retrospectively applied to this
download.

Details including the feature list are available at the URL above.  I
hope the interested parties in the GDAL community will enjoy this
release :)
