[Gdal-dev] vrtdataset.h not under install destination

Just wondering why vrtdataset.h is not *installed* as other GDAL headers
that are very useful for clients. No big deal since I can keep the GDAL
sources and instruct my application makefiles to look into them for
required non-installed headers, but is this the standard way to go?
I'd prefer my applications to depend only on installed stuff.
