[Gdal-dev] resamp nodata bug not fixed?

Hello gdal-dev,

I'm using FWTools 0.9.8, April 25 2005, and am still getting nodata
resampled as data when exporting to CDED (USGS), as described in bug 793
(http://bugzilla.remotesensing.org/show_bug.cgi?id=793)
Bugzilla says the fix was submitted to CVS on or before April 3rd while
gdal_translate --version reports "GDAL 1.2.6.0, released 2005/03/13".
Does this mean the bug is still not fixed? Or is it that FWTools doesn't
have a recent enough gdal build?

((I apologise if this is the second time you've seen this message, we've 
been having some mail server problems and I'm not sure what's getting out))
