[Gdal-dev] UTM to Lat/Long projection

Hello Frank,
I tried it again at home, in visual studio .net, I fiddled around
with the paths in project settings and indeed by setting every possible path
to GDAL main directory and by putting proj.dll in it as well the image
reprojection worked.
