[Gdal-dev] writing of EHdr maps

Hi,

I noticed that the creation of EHdr is quite incomplete at the moment.
And I saw that Frank noticed this also somehere in last June. Is there 
anyone maybe working on this or having some code lying around? In any 
case I will try see if I am able to add stuff like ULXMAP, ULYMAP, YDIM, 
YDIM and maybe the .stx file.
