[Gdal-dev] MrSID ESDK 5.x

Frank,

Wow, mrsid is way faster now through gdal.  I can open a 1.2 GB sid file
and display it in a couple of seconds.  Great job speeding it up.  Did
you change anything?

Martin,

The "-" was a typo, I have removed it as well as updating
the -DMRSID_ESDK thing.
