[Gdal-dev] ECW JPEG 2000 Source SDK v3.3 (RC)

A related question. 
Is the current ECW JPEG 2000 SDK v3.1 final or RC1? The download package
looks like Final release, but the readme inside the package
still states that it's RC1.
