[Gdal-dev] MSG Interface

Hi guys, 
great work with MSG interface. It's not simple to have it 
compiled, but I managed. As I written "yet another interface to  
HRIT" (http://meteosatlib.sourceforge.net), I have had to 
compile on my Linux box the Eumetsat Wavelet decompression 
library. 
Reading on Your docs, I found an invitation to post-in any 
modification needed on a *nix box for that library, so here I add 
a little patch and the script I use to compile the libraries.
