Hi list,

the OCI driver uses SDO_GEOM.VALIDATE_GEOMETRY to validate geometries.

I just wanted to point out that this function has been deprecated:

"The VALIDATE_GEOMETRY function is deprecated and will not be supported in
future releases of Oracle Spatial. You should use instead the
SDO_GEOM.VALIDATE_GEOMETRY_WITH_CONTEXT function."
