[Gdal-dev] ERDAS IMG .aux file

Dear Sir,

You may find my name on  your mailing list.

I have an ovr file and aux file with many vector elements [text labels 
and points / polylines]
These have an EHFA_HEADER _TAG
I am unable to decipher the vector format.

The GDAL code seems to largely address raster issues

Any section of the code specific to vectors is welcome.

Also, is this vector format document available? My internet searches 
have drawn a blank
