[Gdal-dev] KML support

Joern,

 If you need to get KML into an ogr compatible format, I came up with
a method to convert kml to a shapefile. It's just a simple shell
script that converts kml -> gml (using Christian Spanring's xslt) then
gml -> shp (using ogr2ogr).
