[Gdal-dev] help with adding a projection definition

Tanya,
In my FWtools installation I find the epsg definitions in this file:
<install directory>\FWTools1.0.0b2\proj_lib\epsg
<install directory> for me is c:\programs\ By default, it's probably
c:\program files\
I also don't have 4495 in that file.
