[Gdal-dev] Problem with GDALWARP - very fast to solve

I have again a small problem with the gdalwarp command line tool.

I try to convert the file, which you can find under :

www.esw.rwth-aachen.de/n56e010.bil

with the following command into the UTM System:

gdalwarp -t_srs "+proj=utm +zone=11 +datum=WGS84" n56e010.bil test.tif

But it always says that too many points failed to transform. What would be 
the correct command ???
