[Gdal-dev] Driver for Garmin IMG formats or Polish Format

Hallo everyone,

We made an application that uses GDAL OGR for reading several layers in a
shapefile DATASOURCE and then plots them on the screen (using geocanvas), a
map visualizer.
We're now using some shapefile we exported first from a GARMIN IMG file with
gpsMapEdit to Polish Format, and then with another tool we re-exported all
the data again to the shapefile format.
I wonder if some of you are planning to make an OGR Driver to read one of
the above formats. We would like to start or continue such a work, and for
this we're looking for suggestion/ideas.
