[Gdal-dev] Overviews for DTED

Hello,

It seems like the DTED driver doesn't support overviews is there a reason
for that? I did a quick test and added:

    poDS->oOvManager.Initialize( poDS, poOpenInfo->pszFilename );

to DTEDDataset::Open and it seems to work. I just tried it on a single file
tough.
