[Gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR C# wrapper

Hi @all,

for all guys, who are interested.
I update the C# GDALWrapper slightly.
- documentation update
- now it automatically sets the path to the FwTools bin directory (thanks to Morten sharpmap.iter.dk)

I also added an updated version for the Ogr data provider for the lastest SharpMap v0.9RC1 .
