If you've built MapServer as a WMS server then it's a simple piece of JavaScript to get your MapServer imagery onto GoogleMaps - wouldn't have to change anything in terms of your application and still have access to the Google imagery...

I know about Copyright Ben. That's exactly our case. I
work in a mobile phone company and we use MapServer to
display our network. Sometimes, the planning engineers
want to see where is the antennas are located, and
satelite image is so good for this. I could integrate
my application with Google Earth probably, but I
thought maybe somebody had managed to retrieve the
images so I could integrate easily into my app. We
will be using it for private use, just like we can use
now Google Earth as standalone application.
