[Gdal-dev] Download GEOS

 Hi

Can anyone tell me where to dowload the latest GEOS library from. I want to
build it with GDAL. I am trying to download it from
http://geos.refractions.net but my browser does not open the website and
says connection timed out. I think there might be some problem with this
website.
