[Gdal-dev] WMO raster format

It doesn't look like WMO is a very popular data format in order to make
someone spends time developing a GDAL driver. I may be wrong, and I just
need to help someone to convert a few files. So I will check "jbrib1"
and "gribdecoder" to see if they have a simple Win or Linux conversion
solution.

GeoTools (www.geotools.org) has an experimental plugin for
reading/writing GriB files edition 1 with pluggable support for
external oraganization table. This support is built around JGriB1
(http://code.google.com/p/jgrib1).
