[Gdal-dev] New GDAL Icons

Folks,

I have committed new GDAL icons in SVG format in the gdal/data
directory.  I've also regenerated the gdalicon.png from the new
design.

The new design was prepared by Marin Byrne (David Bitner's wife), for
which I'm very appreciative.

The design is very similar to the original by Martin Daly - his contribution
is not forgotten!

I'm not very creative myself, but eventually I'd like to build the icon into
the web pages more prominently than the little 32x32 icon on the main page.
